Are there any hidden costs in Solton Manor’s wedding packages?

Solton Manor’s wedding packages are designed to be transparent. All our packages include exclusive use of the nine-acre estate, an overnight stay in either the Dovecote Cottage or the Manor House, use of the Dutch Barn for your evening reception, decor essentials, linens, glassware, a fully stocked bar and PA system. Catering is quoted separately, so your final cost will depend on your guest numbers and chosen menu.

Is accommodation included in Solton Manor’s wedding packages?

All our packages include an overnight stay in the Dovecote Cottage at a minimum. However, you can also upgrade to an overnight stay in the Manor House if you wish, or extend your stay to 2 nights. The exact offering varies by package, so it’s worth checking what’s included in your preferred package.

What’s the difference between a twilight package and a full day package?

A twilight wedding includes an evening ceremony (usually around 5pm) followed by a celebration, helping to reduce daytime costs while still maintaining the romance and elegance of a traditional wedding. On the other hand, our full-day packages include access to the venue from early morning, allowing time for on-site preparations, a daytime ceremony, and extended evening celebrations.

Can we book off-peak or mid-week to save money at Solton Manor?

Absolutely. Monday-Thursday weddings that take place in the winter months (January-April) are usually the most cost-effective. Our midweek multi-day package offers the best value, as it allows you to stretch your budget while still enjoying an extended celebration with your loved ones.
