Venue hire at Solton Manor typically includes:

• Licenced for up to 200 seated guests and up to 250 evening guests
• Licensed indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces
• Exclusive use of the 9 estate for the duration of your celebration
• Use of the historic Manor House for an intimate wedding or for overnight stays
• Use of the Dovecote for partner one to get ready in and for you or your guests on the night of your wedding
• Use of the Bell Tower Barn for partner two to get ready in
• Use of the Dutch Barn reception space for your wedding breakfast and evening after party
• Beautiful outdoor grounds and gardens for photography and games in the meadow
• On-site parking for guests
• Tables, chairs, cutlery, linen and napkins and standard glassware for your wedding breakfast
• Support from our experienced coordination team during the planning process
• Event management on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly
• An online portal, Sonas wedding and events to help you plan your wedding smoothly.

Estimating your day guest numbers

Day time guest numbers should include you two as then you are included in the food and drink calculations. Our capacity dining is 200 and for the evening 250 guests.

Children

Typically Children are classified as:

0 to 2 years Infants no meal is provided
2 to 12 years charged children’s meal price
13+ Charged adult price

Suppliers

Supplier meals are not included in the cost calculator. Invicta Food Design typically provides suppliers with either:

• Snack
• or main meal only.

We recommend that you always check the suppliers contact and discuss with Invicta Food Design their specific requirements

Our maximum evening guest numbers is 250

For the purposes of this quote typically we recommend using the Bacon Butties option which comes with a vegan alternative.
